As we celebrated America’s 247th birthday, major cities across the nation –namely Washington DC, Baltimore, Fort Worth, and Philadelphia–were all rocked by senseless violence.  Democrats and gun control advocates, naturally, blamed Republicans for the crimes perpetrated by violent offenders.
