Two NRA-opposed bills advanced from committee at the Roundhouse yesterday in Santa Fe. House Bill 9 ​by Rep. Pamela Herndon (D-ABQ), a firearm owner liability bill, was voted out of the House Judiciary Committee on a 7-4 party line vote.
